Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health.  Don’t be afraid. If you have been diagnosed with a chronic health condition like crohns or ulcerative colitis, , talk with your doctor to find out if your condition limits, in any way, your ability to be active. Most doctors will work with you or prescribe a physical activity plan that matches your abilities. Just try to do as much as you can.  The health benefits of physical fitness far outweigh the negative impact of inactivity.
